Cockscomb Jaguar Sanctuary is the first jaguar preserve recognized internationally. It is also known for its spectacular waterfalls, nature trails and rich diversity of fauna. The South Stann Creek River also passes through here and you are often lucky to see different animals like tapir taking a little swim. While floating on a tube you can see different animals along the river banks. It is an experience you need to explore; sighting different colorful birds. And if that is not enough, you can take a 20 minutes hike to one of its waterfall and take a hydro massage to soothe the body free of cost.
